We all know how hard it is to adapt to a new eating regime, or a strict diet! I’ve been beating myself for years for not being able to stick to something healthy (I am still not able to do it perfectly!) and lose some weight and get in shape. So what I am doing is not really changing my habits, I am just substituting a few unhealthy ingredients with healthy ones.Source
